Poor pathetic service

On the 03/12/24 I deposited a parcel to be sent to my client it was around 9:30 as the Mall gates opens at 09:00. After you deposit the parcel you get notification and this didn't happen. The following day on the 4th I made a follow ....no response. What is sickening their support centre that responds to you after an hour. After 36 hours the App updates that the booking has been cancelled. The parcel not picked up even after I made numerous attempts to get hold of them before time.

Today it's the 11/12 and I have been sending email daily and at some point I was told technical team will go there to manually open the locker and send the parcel thru , to my amazement it's still not done.

I have copies of the correspondence with names of their staff personnel. I am livid as I type this as now I look like a **** to my client but thankfully enough I took pics when I went there and they are my evidence which I sent to my client too . I need assistance resolving this matter
