Poor pathetic service and broken promises

Worst service ever. Package sent Monday and today is Wednesday, nothing delivered yet. And the Whatsapp and website logging facility is a joke. Promised to deliver before 11am today. Nothing yet. Clearly customer service and satisfaction is not high on your priority list!!!!!
