Poor Over night delivery service!

Experiencing poor service delivery from this company. Called in to track my over night essential goods package only to be told there is a delay and package will only be delivered 24 hours from initial delivery day. I asked why was i not informed about the delay, i was told a long story which does not make sense. OVER NIGHT DELIVERY, IS SELF EXPLANATORY,but unfortunately does not seem like i am getting this service.
