Poor non service for the courier guy

Very poor service NOT even received from Empangeni branch. Did sent an email on 8 feb 2023 to them to collect a parcel at Alert engin parts for collection and deliver in Empangeni, they mailed me with ref no 4RZKRB. After 3 days I querry about my parts not at their kiosk, sy mail me with the story that the part was delivered at the wrong depot. On the 14 feb (6 days after collection) stil nothing. The next day sent a mail again and still no parcel. Had to phone customer care in JHB this morning (16 feb) for somebody to phone me.and explain why a parcel took sofar 8 days and not yet deliver to their kiosk. An hour later the salesman from alert parts told me my parcel is stil at their premices and not collected.
