Poor Excuses

As a massive Courier Guy ambassador, it pains me to have to write this review. For the first time ever, I had to hear a driver, the same assigned driver that delivers to our address once a month minimum, could not find our address. The address, which was captured 100% correctly by the sender.

Not finding an address is an unacceptable excuse for over working drivers.

You are better than that courier guy, be honest if the driver could not get to us, don't use a silly excuse. Don't be like the other courier services that make poor customer service their norm.
