Poor delivery service

I have purchased a phone online and the company uses The Courier Guy as their courier services. I constantly have to phone to follow up with my tracking status. I live in Newlands and my order should arrive today and should go out tomorrow however they don't deliver to Newlands on Thursday's. First time I heard of a courier service that doesn't deliver to an area on a specific day
