Poor Delivery Practices

It was all good, right up until the end - Failing at one of the most crucial steps of being successful in this line of work - delivery to the ACTUAL customer.

My order was delivered, just not delivered to ME. All my details were with the order, yet no one cross-referencing was done before handing over a parcel of unknown confidentiality, to a stranger. I live in a complex, so I then had to interrogate my neighbors 1 by 1 to find out who signed for it, because my name was used on the delivery confirmation. ***. Absolutely unacceptable.
