Poor delivery from The Courier Guy

I had a delivery scheduled with The Courier Guy for 26 March 2021 at 12:30. It is now 3 hours later and it hasn't arrived yet. I called the call centre and someone told me that they have now gone back to the warehouse and is offloading everything and the delivery will be afte the weekend. No one called and left a message. No one rang the intercom. No message, no email
