Poor customer service no return calls!

This is a Farmer Brown business. Use them if you are not concerned about time as your item will eventually arrive. It took two days from Durban to Midrand depot then another two days from Midrand to 15km south of Johannesburg. Call on day two to assist were met with promises to deliver on day three. Calls early on day three said sorry they could not assist but maybe day four or day five!. Two of their managers at the Vaal depot did not bother to return calls (they promised) and another at their head office also did not bother to return a call as promised. Then I was told this was because it was Economy and then was told to pay another R1000 to deliver on day three!!! Use DHL and save the hassle for serious business.
