Poor Customer Service Level

Probably the worst interaction with Charmaine Dafel who has simply no clue on what it is to deal, work or respond to customer queries. The attitude is so overwhelming that she completely forgets to provide an actual service.

If only she app**** as much energy into providing a service than in the tone of her emails, the company would do a little better.

If this is the general culture of the Company then one does not even know if one should do business of ANY sort with The Courier Guy.
