POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very disappointed with this courier company that fail to deliver my parcel. They are not reliable and they don't not have the customer service I call them 3 to 4 for the parcel that their drive but in his car for delivery at 7:00 am from Johannesburg to Midrand at 6 pm in the afternoon I still do not have my parcel.vey very disappointed ?. Poor customer service
