Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Parcel at hub 29 December 2023 and received notification it was out for delivery 2 Jan 2024. Waited at home all day, nothing came. Received notification parcel was returned to hub as the driver was new and unfami**** with our area, so could not deliver. I followed up 3 Jan and was informed it would be delivered 4 Jan. Received notification parcel out for delivery 4 Jan and again waited whole day at home - nothing. Followed up and was told parcel would be delivered 9 Jan. Made a complaint on Whapp line and was told driver would deliver 5 Jan. Driver called and informed me our area not on his route and I would have to meet him at some auto workshop. I drove there - it was exactly 1.6km from our house. He was not willing to drive to my house! Ridiculous!
