Poor customer service and doesn't delivery on time. Better of using the SA Post Office.

Booked and made payment for a letter to be sent urgently to Portugal via the Courier Guy. Emailed *** when letter was not collected on agreed upon collection date and received no response. After emailing again they rep**** offering no apology, but just saying they won't be delivering on the agreed upon date anymore. XOC does not list a telephone number anywhere to actually speak to a person and they don't answer their emails on time so not sure how one is actually mean to contact anyone at this company.

Now when they are trying to deliver they say they can't locate the address and require an updated telephone number. Once again they offer no actual method to contact a person except email and wait for the best.

Tried to phone TCG's several times and there was no answer. Tried the after-hours number and was they had zero interest in actually assisting with the query just saying again to email and wait.

Would never use again for any time sensitive deliveries.
