Poor customer service

I was disrespected at tzaneen branch where i was told to collect my parcel by 12h00 but whrn i got there i was told yo wzit for another 30 minutes but during my wait there was a lady who came and was helped before me. Her patcel was collected inside tgmhe truck and taken to kiosk fir registration /scanning. When i asked the same guy who helped me he said i should wait as the parcels were still being offloaded. I felt very disrespected because the lady who was helped came after me and was of different culture. I feel the bad service i got was because of my colour. I reported this to the head office but all i received wasto rate their service for several times. I late received a message that the branch manager will attend to the issue, but is now over a week with no response from them. The apartheis still rife at that branch
