Poor customer service

I was expecting the PARCEL from Cape town. It arrived on the 5th May then it was out for Delivery on the 6th it never came to me.i started calling them 7th May in morning .i spoke to Marious he tald me i will get my parcel same day before 14:30.it was never delivered.on the 11th may i called in 7:30 Marious keep on saying he will call me back they never did.i call them every hour until i talk to Precious she also sayed she will call me back.its seems those people dont no wat they are doing .My parcel is not there but its also not delivered to me .im Lesedi
