Poor customer service

The service from this company is terrible. I paid for over night delivery that was supposed to be collected from my residence. The delivery guy called once at the gate and didn't even call my cell number( which they make a requirement to put when signing up your account).I think that this is a serious example of a company that really just does not care about customer service once they have your money. I had to go to the office to hand in the parcel to be delivered. Once there i was told that my parcel would only be delivered on Friday this was on a Tuesday (mind you i had paid for over night delivery) when i displayed my discontent to the consultant who was assisting she went over a very nonchalant scripted response which reinforced the notion and attitude of the company as a whole of not caring about customers. Honestly i think its better to use other services even if they are more expensive the peace of mind is priceless
