POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent a parcel on the 22nd December 2023 and it still has not been delivered today the 4th January 2024. What reflects when tracking the parcel is not the same as what the customer service people are telling me. They are just telling lies and when I ask for escalation, they drop my calls. I am very frustrated with this company and would rate them zero if I could. I am writing this review hoping someone in management will see and attend to my problem as I do not know what to do anyore.
