Poor customer service

Im unhappy with the service i got from The Courier Guy. My parcel was out for Delivery on the 7th May ,then it was delivered. On the 8th i called them in the morning Marious promised me that it will be delivered sameday before 14:30. It was not delivered still.on the 11th i called them early in the morning Marious started to send me from pillar to post .he keep on saying i call u back after 10min he never called me still .i keep on calling them every hour.until i talk to Precious as always she also say she will call me back.but she didn't call. And now i see nobody knows where my parcel is. They even dont no what is customer service. LESEDI ***
