Poor customer service

Hi, have been trying to track my pudo parcel - I cannot get hold of anyone to assist me. It says it’s been cancelled? I have not received an SMS nor have I received any communication that it has been cancelled. The sender has also not been notified. Why has this happened? And where is my parcel? I have called and email numerous times with no joy.

The service has been very poor.
