Poor customer care

I visited Courier Guy Vredendal branch to drop off a packaged to be couriered, I drove to the front of the shop and parked on the side of the shop. A driver of Courier Guy motioned me to move my vehicle, when I asked where I could park he did not even answer. I went to the website to complain and ended up on their WhatsApp service. They rep**** that they had a loot at the camera footage and I was parked where they had to offload. But there were no marked parking or any signage to indicate. Also I never gave them the time that I had visited the shop or my vehicles registration number, so how could they have known what time to look at their camera footage? I will not use them in future and cannot recommend them for good service.
