Poor customer care and service.

I received a pin to collect my parcel from pudo. When I went there there was nothing in the locker. I have been trying to get this resolved. The status on the website shows the item being deposited, then 2 hours later being sent back to the depo then in transit then now its collected. I have not received further feedback following my query and I have not collected anything.

How is this even possible?
