Poor Covid 19 safety measures.

I am disappointed with the service from the courier guy. There is no SMS reminder to say they are coming - like with other couriers - and there are very poor Covid 19 processes. I am still told I must sign, still offered a very dirty pen, which means handling the paper that's been lying around in the car, getting overly close to the delivery person and handling a pen many people have used . Everyone else has gone to safe deliveries, why not the courier guy. They have also proved completely impossible to reach on their contact numbers.
