Poor courier service delivery

We would like to lodge a complaint of utterly poor service delivery from The Courier Guy. Not once, not twice but several LATE Takelot shipment deliveries. These faults are not from our teams side. Takealot has penalised out account multiple times due courier service incompetence.

When we phone for updates or to try and ensure deliveries are in time there is a “we don’t care “ attitude. The weather has also been blamed for “ not pulling information through “ thus a shipment is simply not picked up even though it was created the night before for pickup the next day.

Area agent who created account is also not much help. We are simply told we must email the people at The Courier Guy who work with Takealot shipments, and we do. STILL OURSHIPMENTS ARE LATE AND BEING CANCELLED!

Two late canclled CPT shipments IN ONE WEEK.

Nothing is being done, no help. No effort. Shipments take 7 days to reach CPT and thereafter blame is shifted due to their incompetence and late deliveriea.
