**** poor Courier Guy

This Company has got to be one of the worst courier companies ever to exist. The fact that they have damaged my goods to the tune of R8600 and then refused to take any responsibility for their negligence shows the type of company that we're dealing with. The 'site manager' in East London had absolutely no clue that my consignment was actually in East London and only after I went there did they find it. Only after loading some of the packages myself did someone get off their **** and help. The packages weren't checked for damage by them and now want to lay the blame for the damage on me, citing insufficient protection. I guess they're not quite sure what handle with care means. Unfortunately, they've lost me as a customer and I have no doubt that anyone who knows me will get a proper rundown of my **** poor experience with these clowns.
