Poor communication, delivery to wrong address 3 days later

My delivery has been arriving for 3 days now. They do not call or inform you prior to the delivery. When you amend the address, they lie and say that they will deliver it on the day. They do not. The next day they still arrive at the wrong address, after speaking to a consultant to ensure that the delivery is done.

Utterly uncalled for service. I unfortunately did not have a choice with this service.
