POOR CLIENT SERVICE

I created a shipment on the 9th December 2024 and having taken 3-5days delivery option because the parcel has to be delivered to the person, latest on Friday (tommorow). I received no information wrt to the collection until Monday when I received an email that my parcel was not collected beause it was not ready for communication, of which that is a lie, no one contacted Me wrt the collection.

Someone came on the 10th for collection after 12:00. Till today I don't even know where my parcel is and not even sure if it'll be delivered tommorow as expected.
