Poor and pathetic service from The courier guy

My order was supposed to be delivered today. I tracked it this morning and it was loaded for delivery at 07:09 and I received a call at 09:46 from a delivery guy (Emile) who confirmed that I will get my parcel after 14:00. I called the delivery guy past 15:00 to follow up and he said he does not deliver in my area, someone will bring my parcel. I called again past 17:00 and he seemed surprised that I have not received my parcel and gave me the office number ***) when I told him that the parcel has been returned to the depot according to the tracking info. The office number did I not go through as someone is blocking it. I called the head office and I was advised that cpt depot did not leave notes as to why they have returned it. The lady ( Connor) gave me an after hours contact number *** which went straight to voice mail....so much for an after-hours number.

You are making my experience very unpleasant because I have been waiting for this parcel since the 03/05/2020 from the merchant (eco essential). I even had to report them on hello peter in order to get my parcel.

I have been sitting the whole day waiting for my parcel only to be told that it has been returned. No one called me to tell me that they won't be able to affect deliver or someone calling to say they are getting lost. None whatsoever.

This is very poor service and pathetic drivers who do their job.

I need feedback by no later than 13th or else I am going to take this further.
