Poor and disgusting service from The Courier guy.

It was the first using courier guy. They told me to book online and they didn't even explain it to how dows it work when it comes to reference. I wrote the store name in a 5hat space. The following day a guy from picking up call me and ask when i m going to collect. I call them they told me i didn't make a payment. I gave them ref after a day they book that parcel and it was collected and by that time is day 2 whereas i pay for 2 to 3 days delivery. When i call Bloemfontein manager asking about my parcel he told me m going to get it the following day because its not their that the book my parcel late. N parcel was at that time from Pretoria. When i call Pretoria they give me manager after a long argument and he told me to go anywhere i want to report them he dont care. From there they keep ignoring my calls or just hang up. Both branches. I hate a poor n disgusting service. Till to date my parcell is still with them. But on the system siad it was dispatched x2 but i didnt receive it. And my problem is that parcel is fragile. No more in my life use that courier again
