Pongola Courier Guy – Extremely Unprofessional Service

The staff at the Pongola Courier Guy depot are consistently unprofessional. They do not answer calls, and they don’t even greet customers when entering the store. While customers wait, the staff prefer to stand outside chatting with friends instead of assisting.

I waited almost 15 minutes while the staff member searched *outside* for my parcel, only to discover it was inside the shop the whole time — she simply did not look properly. Staff sit on their phones instead of helping customers, and it’s clear that customer service is not a priority at this depot.

This is not the first time I’ve received bad service from this depot. Today alone, I phoned the landline four times, and each time the call was answered and then immediately put down.

This has been the worst service I have received from any Courier Guy branch.
