PMB COURIER GUY IS USELESS

I would give a ZERO rating if it was possible. The Courier Guy PMB division is utterly useless. Your business is the courier business, so if you cannot do this well, why are you even in business?

Twice now i have arranged for a pickup in PMB. The first time, the product was only picked up a few minutes before closing time at 4pm EVEN THOUGH IT WAS BOOKED early in the same morning. Upon contacting PMB courier Guy, I was told that they can collect whenever they feel like as it was before 4pm.

This is now the second pick up from PMB which was booked early this morning, but has NOT BEEN COLLECTED TILL NOW AT 4PM!!! my client closes their doors at 4PM!! i was charged for overnight delivery, but it seems it will take 2-3 days delivery.

SECONDLY, the process of picking up from PMB is flawed, as the parcel gets sent to DURBAN FIRST then comes BACK TO PMB for delivery!!!

I will be sending all my business to your competitors as i cannot accept sub par delivery.
