Courier Guy delivered our parcel at the wrong place, the driver doesn't know where. They just keep on telling me that the matter has been escalated to the relevant department. Last week I was told that they will start the claim procedure but this morning they tell me that it has been delivered and will be escalated to the relevant department. Our customer has been waiting for weeks for their goods and Courier Guy is making us look bad.
