No way of contacting Pudo, if the website times out they first take your money and then no order is placed. Messed up a previous order because friend did not receive OTP. Seems very risky. Refunds almost impossible. sometimes they return the money to your account. Its such a convenient service and backed by a excellent company The Courier Guy, but the Pudo side letting them down. Please get a self service portal. Or enable OTP resend and someway of contacting you. Please I don’t like moaning
