Pleasantly surprised!

When I went to retrieve my package from the locker, I realised my pincode expired. I called courier guy and I was told that my package was still in my locker. After I left I saw on the tracker that my package was sent to the depot shortly afterwards. I was slightly annoyed at the fact that I was standing in front of the locker with my package still in it but I couldn't open it because of my expired pincode. After sending a message to Pudo, I was contacted by the depot. They offered to send the package to my home or work without cost. I was pleasantly surprised! First time using Pudo and I would definitely recommend it. Just remember to retrieve your package before the Pin expires in 36hrs!
