Pin expired when I did not receive the sms

I received the pin to the locker yesterday at 08.44, went to pick up the parcel today at 11.00, the pin has expired. I whatsapped and called, Im told it was deposited on Monday. I tell the agents the message I received on Tues not Monday, Im told its a reminder. Now Im told I should pick it up or rebook and pay extra money for this.

Its not my fault that I didnt receive the message on Monday.
