Pickup

Very disappointed with the service. I scheduled a pickup, but the courier falsely claimed they attempted the pickup when they clearly did not. I was at the location the entire time and no one showed up, no call, no message — nothing. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Would not recommend based on this experience.
