Picks up wrong package, forces me to sign for it upon delivery

I will forever get a pain in my stomach whenever I see a Courier Guy bakkie driving past. I booked and paid to have a package delivered from Cape Town to me in Mossel Bay through the Pudo (part of Courier Guy) door to locker system. They picked up the wrong package, pasted my waybill on it, and instead of the locker it ended up the local CG kiosk which is too far away for me. After enquiring for a week every day, they eventually delivered the package to my door. I noticed my supposed to be small package is in fact a very large package and I told the driver this is definitely not mine. He blatantly and looking irritated said that my waybill no. is attached so it is mine. I reluctantly accepted the package and the other client's package is still here with me almost 2 weeks later and no confirmation of pickup of my actual package has been confirmed.
