Petrol / Diesel soaked parcel

Good day.<br> I have just received a complaint from a client that a parcel I sent yesterday arrived at its destination soaked in petrol/or diesel. This has seeped into the box and now the contents (scatter cushions for children) reek of the substance. I paid an exhorbitant amount so I expect it to be delivered in good condition. I now have to replace the articles as well as pay for the delivery myself. This is unacceptable! Obviously the people who handle the cargo could care less. Disgusting!
