Payment is not allocated

instant EFT via their payment portal, debits the payment of R500 is taken from my account howver they do not credit it to My Credit with the Courier Guy (ie pudo) I do not have a proof of paymetn since it went directy off my absa account using their instant eft portal. Absa bank ssays they cannot help me either since the money has been deducted already. All I have is a screenshot from my absa account showing the money is deducted by pudo.
