Paying for services not rendered
After struggling to get the parcel tracked, we found it was already at the george depo. It was couriered with over night service of courier guy. They just said if you want it you must go to the main depo to collect it if you want it or els wait for another day.
What is the use of paying over night if it takes 2 nights and when you get them after 16:00 they just say if you want it go to the depo

01 Sept 2022, 10:08After struggling with courier guy about a package that was supposed to be delivered 31/8/2022 they just phoned me and said it was on the wrong vehicle. I have one of 2 choices. Wait for the 2/9/2022 to be delivered or go into town to the kiosk and pick it up there. I even asked to speak to the manager with no joy.
This after paying for over night door to door service and we are going to pass the 2day mark.
This company has no customer service or any pride in there service.
I even send an email to confirm the correct address.
They must get out of the courier business or stop letting people pay for services they know they cannot deliver.

01 Sept 2022, 18:15The branch manager of George Courier Guy contacted me personally and brought my parcel in person. Its still don’t make up for over night service not delivers but at least I got my parcel.
