Paying for a service that doesn't exist

I paid R5000.00 for an overnight delivery, instead of R800 for a 72 hour delivery. It took The Courier Guy 72 hours to deliver the goods and every time we phoned to enquire where the goods are,we got a different answer. At 72 hours,I was told that they cannot tell me where my goods are,as the Poppi Act doesn't allow them to give this confidential information to me. After I threatened the call centre,I was told that goods arrived at the delivery warehouse 2 minutes prior to my phone call.
