Pay back the MONEY......

<p>I used the courier guy to transport a parcel for me</p> <p>When I do the online quote they ask if I want insurance</p> <p>I decided to take it at a value of R5000.00</p> <p>After I paid them they phone me to say they can’t insure my parcel because it’s a second hand phone</p> <p>I accepted and ask them just to pay me back the money that I paid for the insurance</p> <p>Sins then the courier guy as accepted to pay me back, but I now have to proof to them that the bank account that I gave them is my account ……. Why?????? Do I need to do that, do you perhaps think I am an idiot that don’t know my own bank account????They need a copy of my ID a letter explaining why I want a refund and bank statements proofing that this is my bank account</p> <p>I find this unacceptable </p> <p>First of all I don’t want to give out my personal info,</p> <p>When I had to pay you whey didn’t you give me a copy of your id and bank statements, Sins this is your standard.???</p> <p>If you know you owe me the money whey do you don’t want to pay in the account that I gave you</p> <p> </p> <p>I will even go to the local branch and pick up the cash there</p> <p>Or you can even courier it to me sins you are in the business of doing that</p> <p>Or just transfer it into the account that I cave you</p> <p>It seems to me like it is a **** to get people to buy the insurance from you and make it almost impossible to claim it back, after you decided not to cover it</p> <p> </p> <p>When we do the online quote why don’t you state there we don’t cover the following……?????</p> <p> </p> <p>Please just pay back the MONEY</p> <p> </p>
