Pathetic, worst service I have ever received from a courier company

Booked a parcel for collection. Only to he advised on the date of collection that I need to pay extra because its tender document ( of which I inquired about before making the booking but was never advisedabout the extra charge). Nevertheless I Made the extra payment on time and send proof of payment but my booking was not confirmed on time because the consultant who assissted me confirmed the booking late and the guy responsible for the area i was in had already left. Worse thing is I called countless times to confirm if the collection will be made and I was advised that they will collect. Only to learn after 6pm that no one is actually coming to collect my parcel.
