Pathetic when they misroute your stuff!!!

They misroute your parcel from JHB to CPT but instead send it to Durban, then can't find it when trying to track it, and when you ask for internal follow up you get told call Durban, they don't know where it is. Their Live Chat is horrific and the consultant incredibly unprofessional. How is it my fault that the parcel was dropped on Monday early morning, usually is here by Wednesday but when not by Thursday and enquiring it is just being pushed around and no one accepts responsibility
