Pathetic unreliable and poor service by *********** staff - Bloemfontein

The Courier Guy Bloemfontein Depot has the most *********** people working there and half the time they don't answer their phones and if they do you generally get cut off, over the past 2 months we have had packages scheduled (on their online service) that just doesnt get collected.

Today again we are sitting with a package that was booked for overnight delivery on the 23rd already, so on the 24th at 12pm we started enquiring when they will be collecting the package only to be told "we gave the instruction to the wrong driver, we will make a plan" - eventually just after 4pm the package was collected.

Now today after 6 phone calls to JHB and being cut off 5 times only to find out that Bloemfontein never sent our package as overnight and this package will now only be delivered on Monday.

Pathetic unreliable and poor service to say the least - stay away from Courier Guy Bloemfontein people.
