Pathetic TCG service

Las week thursday my wife arranged with TCG that her parcel to be delivered at our home address because the locker was full. After it was arranged TCG suddenly could not deliver the parcel on Thursday so we were told that the parcel will be delivered on Friday. Friday became Monday and then suddenly out of the blue our parcel went missing. The service is pathetic. We expected much more from you. If we do not get it sorted then I will started spreading how pathetic the service is on every social media platform.
