Pathetic sevice!

Pathetic service! My parcel was lost during one of their courier expeditions. They said they will refund me and they never did. Being struggling with this company for more than a month now. They also don't pick up their phones nor call back nor reply my Whatsapp to them. They avoiding me! I will never use nor recommend this company (the courier guy to anyone). How does a company even exist with such poor service?
