Pathetic services

Pudo is very affordable for a reason! The don’t look after the packages if when clearly marked fragile!! Called me to tell me that all the glassware in the box is broken. I continued to ask how do they know, they told me that they opened it up!! This is freaking pathetic and unacceptable!! The phoned me to ask if they should continue with the delivery or send it back. If they send it back, I’m losing the money I paid for the courier!!! Don’t support them when sending a fragile package!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
