Pathetic services

Pathetic services from The Courier Guy! All "5" Chantelle's and a Melony are very short over the phone and very unhelpful! Transferring you to the tracing department but the call just gets dropped,when you call back no one answers. Phoned numerous times and spoke to above people that's just not interested in helping anyone! Was told that I would be phoned back but that also did not happen. Phoned back AGAIN but still no assistance! You would think that you as the owner of a business would want to keep their customers happy especially the economy being what it is,especially during this pandemic which is making it worse for businesses! But I guess they couldn't be bothered about bad reviews and business/money lost during these uncertain times!
