Pathetic service THE COURIER GUY

Posted my package from pmb to randburg. Package was posted on Thursday, overnight delivery. Package has still not been delivered. I have a small home based business and I couriered a customer's order which was needed for a function on Saturday, 5th April 2025. Today is 6th April 2025, the package has not been delivered. Call centre was unable to tell us the whereabouts of the package.

My customer is livid. She will not pay for the contents as she did not receive it on time for her event
