Pathetic Service - The Courier Guy

It is day three since I received a phone call from the pathetic Courier Guy to inform me that my parcel will arrive on Monday between 2 and 5. Courier Guy your times sucks because it is not true. I changed my plans to ensure that I will be home to received the parcel. no parcel arrived on Tuesday.

Tuesday morning I call the call center to ask what the hell is going on. Just to be assisted by a rude call centre agent by the name of Anna. The Courier Guy you should move her from your call centre and let her wrap the parcels instead. I then called again another rude male took my call and still no delivery. Seems like you employ who ever you can get to take the role of call centre agents. confirmation was received that it is out for deliver again between 2 and 5. No delivery again.

Wednesday, once again no delivery. Today is Thursday still waiting fir my parcel.
